What to include, depending on why you are writing
A profile contains something inaccurate
Include the company name, the specific detail you believe is wrong, and a link to public documentation supporting the correction. That lets us verify and update without a call, which is considerably faster.
Something about the comparison is unclear
Ask directly — including questions about how a specific criterion was applied. Our scoring rules are published on the methodology page and we are happy to explain how an entry was assessed against them.

Describe what you sent and when. See the privacy policy for what we hold, how long we keep it, and the rights that may apply to you.
We do not sell penetration testing
We are a small editorial operation and do not offer penetration testing services ourselves. If you are looking for a provider, the 2026 UAE ranking and the RFP checklist are the fastest routes to a shortlist.
