Privacy policy

This policy explains what information best-internal-penetration-testing-companies.com collects and how it is used.

Last updated: August 2026

Information we collect

This site has no server-side application, no user accounts and no database. It does not receive form submissions directly. The submission template on our company submission page opens a message in your own email client; nothing is transmitted to this website when you use it.

As a result, the only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us by email — typically a name, an email address, a company name, and whatever details you include in your message. If basic website analytics are in use, standard technical data such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address and pages visited may also be collected in aggregate to understand site usage.

How we use this information

Information you email us is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to evaluate a company submission against our published methodology. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not add correspondents to a marketing list. Analytics data, where collected, is used only in aggregate to understand which content readers find useful.

Cookies and third-party requests

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own and runs no third-party advertising scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service when a page loads; that request is subject to Google's own privacy terms. If analytics are enabled, any cookies used are limited to standard, non-invasive usage measurement.

Hosting and server logs

This site is served as static files. Like almost all web hosting, the provider serving those files may keep short-lived access logs containing IP addresses, timestamps and requested paths for operational and security purposes, such as identifying abuse or diagnosing outages. We do not use those logs to build profiles of individual readers, and we do not combine them with anything you send us by email.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. This site is written for security and IT professionals evaluating enterprise services, and nothing on it is directed at minors.

Data retention

Email correspondence relating to enquiries and company submissions is retained only as long as needed to respond to the enquiry or evaluate the submission, and is not repurposed for unrelated communication without your consent.

Your rights

If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you specific data rights — including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the GDPR or comparable frameworks — you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have sent us. Write to hello@best-internal-penetration-testing-companies.com and describe the request; we will confirm what we hold before acting on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@best-internal-penetration-testing-companies.com or through our contact page.
